We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Items in original packaging

  • Items free of pet hair, odors, or wear

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Pet toys

  • Pet beds

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and approval.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your return status.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable service.

    Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    Refunds Are Not Issued For

    • Items returned used or damaged

    • Items returned without approval

    • Shipping fees

    • Lost or damaged return shipments
